Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary policies published by enjoybet.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the enjoybet Platform — whether by completing the registration process, logging into an existing Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the site — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold a registered Account, contact our support team at support@enjoybet to request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation into another language, the English version shall prevail. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is 1 January 2026.

Section 3

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the enjoybet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. enjoybet is an adult entertainment platform. 18+ only. Use of this Platform by anyone under 18 is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals must be made on your own behalf, using payment methods registered in your own name.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling activity more broadly. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order, you must not attempt to register or access the Platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not gambling under the influence of alcohol, substances, or any condition that impairs your judgement.

enjoybet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (such as a national ID card, birth certificate, or passport) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of Account access and restriction of withdrawal until the verification is complete.

Section 4

Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by enjoybet — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a Player Account. Registration is free and requires submission of accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You must not register using a false identity, another person's details, or fictitious information. enjoybet reserves the right to verify all registration data and to void any bets or winnings associated with an Account found to contain false information.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate Accounts, enjoybet will close all secondary Accounts, void any associated bonus claims, and may permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. enjoybet will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support@enjoybet immediately to have your Account suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

enjoybet applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification; a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification; and bKash, Nagad, or bank account confirmation for payment method verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC upon request will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfied.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

enjoybet supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the payment methods listed below. All transaction limits are stated in BDT and are subject to change at enjoybet's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200; minimum withdrawal ৳500. Deposits credited within 60 seconds; withdrawals processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200; minimum withdrawal ৳500. Processing times equivalent to bKash.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS) — minimum deposit ৳200; minimum withdrawal ৳500. Processing time 1–3 minutes for deposits; up to 30 minutes for withdrawals.
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳200; minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Visa / Mastercard debit cards issued by City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi banks — minimum deposit ৳500; minimum withdrawal ৳1,000. Card withdrawals processed within 1–3 hours.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the personal details held on your enjoybet Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. enjoybet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Transaction Fees

enjoybet does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Card transactions may be subject to fees imposed by the issuing bank, which are outside enjoybet's control. Any applicable third-party fees will be communicated at the point of transaction where possible.

Section 6

Bonus & Promotions Policy

enjoybet offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and over only. One bonus claim per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple for each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time limit stated in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• enjoybet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable prior notice where practicable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts and have no cash equivalent outside the Platform.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple Accounts, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

6.2 Bonus Fund Priority

Where an Account holds both a Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, wagers will by default be placed from Bonus Funds first unless the Player's Account settings specify otherwise. Players are advised to review their Account wallet settings before placing bets when a bonus is active.

Section 7

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the enjoybet Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as displayed within the Platform interface, in addition to these general betting rules.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted and confirmed until the Platform has issued a transaction confirmation with a unique bet reference number. enjoybet reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. Bets placed on void, cancelled, or suspended markets will be refunded at the original stake.

7.2 Errors and Misprints

In the event that odds, game payouts, or market information are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error or human error, enjoybet reserves the right to void and refund any affected bets at the original stake. We are not liable for any losses incurred based on erroneous information displayed on the Platform.

7.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on enjoybet cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Live in-play bets are accepted during active play. In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted, or reduced in overs, settlement will follow the official rules of the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI) and the Platform's sports betting rules published within the help section.

7.4 Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live tables, and crash games — are governed by their individual game rules as supplied by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during play, the round will be voided and the wager refunded. enjoybet is not responsible for losses arising from network disconnection on the player's side.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute serious violations of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and/or forfeiture of any balance held in the Account. In cases involving fraud or criminal activity, enjoybet will cooperate fully with relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino or poker formats.
• Abuse of bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting.
• Accessing the Platform while under the age of 18 or while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing enjoybet staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security systems, or data.

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

enjoybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete age verification or KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or use of the Platform for money laundering.
• Detection of a duplicate Account belonging to the same individual.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring the Account to be suspended or closed.

9.1 Closure on Player Request

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support@enjoybet. Upon confirmed closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of outstanding wagers) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 3–5 business days. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period (1–30 days) or a longer self-exclusion (3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, re-registration or account reactivation requests will be declined. Section 10

Limitation of Liability

The enjoybet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical failures at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, enjoybet shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a player's own betting decisions, irrespective of whether the player was relying on information displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from network outages, device failures, or internet connectivity issues on the player's side that interrupt a live game session.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep Account credentials secure, leading to unauthorised third-party access.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses of any nature, including loss of anticipated profits or savings.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, power failures, or government-imposed restrictions).

In all cases where enjoybet is found liable, our total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the enjoybet Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, icons, page layouts, game interfaces, written content, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of enjoybet or its licensed content providers and game studios, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from enjoybet.
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting any content or data from the Platform by automated means.
• Using any enjoybet trademark, logo, or brand asset in any external communication, advertising, or publication without written authorisation.
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or software.

Any breach of this intellectual property licence may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action to recover damages. If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us at support@enjoybet with full details of the alleged infringement.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

enjoybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The revised Terms will state a new effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support@enjoybet to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to payment method lists — may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
