Section 2

Age Restriction — 18+ Only 18+

The enjoybet Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Gambling by minors is prohibited, and we enforce this through a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that every new player must complete before making a real-money deposit or placing a bet.

During the verification process, players are required to submit a valid government-issued photo identity document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — to confirm both identity and age. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an adult aged 18 or over will be permanently closed, and any funds held will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Protecting Minors

Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is the most powerful tool available to any player who feels that gambling has become a problem. At enjoybet, you can request a self-exclusion period ranging from 6 months to a permanent lifetime ban from the Platform. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be fully suspended — you will not be able to log in, deposit, bet, or receive any promotional communications from us.

Requesting self-exclusion at enjoybet is straightforward, confidential, and takes effect as quickly as possible — our team aims to activate self-exclusion within 24 hours of receiving a confirmed request. We will also suppress any marketing emails or SMS messages linked to your account for the full duration of your exclusion period.

How to Request Self-Exclusion

1. 1Email support@enjoybet with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Include your registered email address and your preferred exclusion period (6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent).
2. 2Our support team will verify your identity using the details on your registered account and confirm your request by return email, usually within a few hours.
3. 3Your account will be suspended within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive a final confirmation email once the exclusion is active.
4. 4During the exclusion period, enjoybet will make no marketing contact with you. Any bonuses or promotional credits in your account will be voided.
5. 5At the end of your chosen period (for non-permanent exclusions), you must contact support to actively reactivate your account. Reactivation is not automatic and includes a 24-hour reflection period.

Section 4

Deposit Limits

Setting a deposit limit is one of the simplest and most effective ways to keep your gambling within a budget you are comfortable with. enjoybet allows you to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps in BDT. These limits apply across all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and card deposits — so there are no workarounds.

• Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. The moment you lower your deposit cap, the new limit applies to your very next deposit attempt — there is no delay or grace period for reductions.
• Increasing a limit has a 7-day cooling-off period. If you request an increase to your deposit cap, the change will not take effect until 7 days after the request is submitted. This gives you time to reconsider.
• Removing a limit entirely also requires 7 days. Cancelling an active deposit limit follows the same cooling-off process as an increase. Your current limit remains in force for the full 7-day period.

You can view and adjust your deposit limits at any time from the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings after logging in. If you encounter any difficulty setting or modifying your limits, contact support@enjoybet and our team will assist you promptly.

Section 5

Time-Out & Cool-Off Periods

A time-out is a shorter, temporary break from the Platform designed for players who feel they need to step away without making a long-term commitment to self-exclusion. enjoybet offers time-out periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 6 weeks.

During a time-out, your account is fully suspended in the same way as a self-exclusion — no logins, no deposits, no bets, and no promotional communications. The key difference is that time-outs have a defined end date after which you may choose to reactivate your account (subject to the same 24-hour reflection period applied to self-exclusion reactivations).

Reality Check Reminders

In addition to time-outs, you can enable Reality Check notifications within your Account settings. These are periodic on-screen alerts — configurable at intervals of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes — that display:

• How long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Your net position (total wagered vs. total returned) for that session in BDT.
• A prompt asking whether you wish to continue your session or end it.

Reality Checks are entirely opt-in. We recommend enabling them if you find it easy to lose track of time during longer cricket betting or slots sessions.

Recognising the Warning Signs

Problem gambling can develop gradually and is not always obvious to the person experiencing it.
